RETURN POLICY
We carefully package and inspect your order before we handle it for shipping.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order was received damaged (damaged jar only); to be eligible for an exchange, we require photographs within 48 hours and the item must be sent back to us, un-opened, un-used and must be also in the original packaging, within maximum 2 days of receipt. The cost of getting the package back to us is on you but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.
REFUND
We do not offer refunds, we only exchange damaged product as per the Return Policy above.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
